Had to work around the \"tail\", leaving a hole at the bottom of my vase, which was later plugged with porcelain clay.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eDoes this vase hold water?\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIt held water when water was poured into it.\u003cbr\u003eThis balloon vase is in the process of a \"paper towel\" test, sitting for days with water in it to see if water leaks onto the paper towel.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eSince the vase is constructed of overlapping slabs;
