A Blue Turquoise Dahlia Bud Vase with Copper Float Rim

Wheel-thrown Turquoise Blue Colored Porcelain Bud Vase with Copper Float Rim
Measures:
2-1/2" wide x 2-5/8“ high.
The hole for the flowers is 1-5/8" wide
Holds approximately 2.67 ounces of liquid, or 1/3 cup.

Wheel-thrown Sio-2 Lagoon Turquoise Blue Porcelain Clay.
We did not color this porcelain; it is pre-colored by the manufacturer.

The band at the very outside bottom of this turquoise porcelain bud vase is a carved design. They are supposed to be leaf carvings, however, sometimes they appear to be little heart carvings.

Above the carved band are the hand drawn and glazed pom pom dahlias.
Glazed in a glossy turquoise that is darker than the turquoise porcelain clay body. 
The dahlia background is Black Walnut satin matte glaze.

The next band above the dahlias is naked Lagoon turquoise porcelain; no glaze applied to this section.

From the rim, down at an angle, is an Ancient Copper satin glaze with tiny sparkles of lighter copper.

INSIDE:
Glossy, light blue glaze dripping down to the inside center.
Swirl on bottom inside is completely covered with glaze, and only a tiny circle is visible.
Where the light blue glaze overlaps the Ancient Copper rim, creates a dripping effect, down to approximately 3/4" from the top of the inside rim.

Satin Ancient Copper

Wheel-thrown Sio-2 Lagoon Turquoise Porcelain
Lead free, dinnerware safe glazes
Fired to cone 6 (2232 degrees Fahrenheit).
I recommend washing this bud vase by hand.
