Dennis's Small Wheel-thrown Creamsicle Colored Porcelain Bud Vase created with Neriage Technique
Measures 3-1/4" wide x 3-1/4" high.
Holds approximately 5 oz. of liquid.
Hole on top is 2-1/2" wide.

Dennis's handmade bud vase was created using 2 colors of porcelain clay that were spun on the potter's wheel to obtain a marble swirled effect throughout the vase.

The color is embedded into the clay.

OUTSIDE:
Orange and white neriage swirls on the bottom.
From rim down approximately 1" is a satin gray glaze layered with a glossy dark orange layered over the satin gray..

INSIDE:
Inside, bottom is a light, satin gray.
Top half of the inside is dark orange with speckles os iridescent pale purple
Bottom swirl is subtly visible in the satin gray glaze.

RIM:
Glossy pale and dark orange, dripping into the inside.

Food safe clear glaze over the colored porcelain clay.
Dinnerware safe glazes.
Cleaning by hand or dishwasher.
Standard 365 Colored Porcelain Clay.
Fired to cone 6 (2232 degrees Fahrenheit)
